1. The Owner of the www.beautydrugs.pl store, hereinafter referred to as the Online Store or the Store, is Good Luck, Alona Suchodolska, with its registered office in Ostroroga str. 24A, Warsaw, NIP 1132680104, REGON 369880044.
2. Good Luck, Alona Suchodolska, with its seat in Ostroroga str. 24A, Warsaw, hereinafter referred to as Good Luck, is a party to the sales contract concluded with the Customer and appears on the invoice as the seller of the ordered products. The customer receives confirmation of the information referred to above, at the latest upon receipt of the product documented with a VAT invoice or receipt. If the Customer wishes to receive a VAT invoice, he is obliged to send his own tax identification number to the Seller to the e-mail address and authorize Good Luck, Alona Suchodolska, with its registered office in in Ostroroga str. 24A, Warsaw, to issue a VAT invoice without the recipient’s signature.
3. Products are all goods and services that the Customer can purchase in the online store www.beautydrugs.pl as part of the Product Presentation in the online www.beautydrugs.pl store.
4. The condition for placing orders in the Store is to fill in the order form, along with accepting the conditions contained in the form. Acceptance of the regulations takes place at the time of placing the order under the provisions below.
5. By placing an order in the Store, the Customer agrees to the use of personal data provided in the order form under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (referred to as ‘GDPR’, ‘GDPR’, ‘GDPR’ or ‘General Data Protection Regulation’), the Customer’s personal data is entered into the Good Luck database.
6. The content of the online store constitutes an invitation to tender. When placing an order, the customer also submits a proposal to conclude a contract. The contract is concluded upon the acceptance of the customer’s offer by Good Luck by sending a relevant confirmation.
7. Within 14 days from the date of purchase of cosmetic products, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons, following the provisions on withdrawal from a distance contract. However, the products must not show signs of use.


1. The content of the online www.beautydrugs.pl store constitutes an invitation to submit offers, and therefore the order placed by the customer does not mean an immediate conclusion of the contract. By completing the order form, the ordering party submits an offer to Good Luck to purchase a specific product/service.
2. Good Luck does not guarantee the continued availability of the offered goods for sale and the maintenance of their prices. The order fulfillment time depends on the availability of the goods, however, it should not exceed 3 days for goods with a delivery time of ’72h’, and 2-3 weeks for goods with a delivery time ‘up to 21 days’ and 30 days for goods marked ‘up to 30 days’. In the event of an insufficient quantity of goods in the warehouse, Good Luck reserves the right to extend the order completion date. In the case of payment by credit card, the authorization may be the subject to additional verification, which may extend the order fulfillment process.
3. All information about the goods in the offer of the online www.beautydrugs.pl store is consistent with the catalog data of the producers.
4. Only persons with full legal capacity, under applicable regulations, are entitled to make purchases in the online www.beautydrugs.pl store. The online store offer is valid only in the territory of the Republic of Poland.
5. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day throughout the year. Orders placed after 12.00 on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be processed the next working day of Good Luck.
6. The basic condition to implement a purchase is the correct completion of the order form.
7. When placing an order, please provide your e-mail address and telephone number. If necessary, the trader will contact the customer by calling the number indicated in the order and determine the details and method of an order fulfillment.
8. Incorrectly completed forms will not be accepted by the Store Owner. Any irregularities may be consulted by phone with the client.
9. The Online Store system sends confirmation of the order receipt in the form of an e-mail which is sent to the address of the Ordering Party and www.beautydrugs.pl. If the confirmation is not received, the Ordering Party is obliged to report this fact to Good Luck at the e-mail address: info@beautydrugs.pl or by phone at 883 222 255.
10. An employee of Good Luck may verify the order by phone by checking the compliance of the form data using the telephone number provided by the Customer in the order form or by e-mail. An employee of Good Luck will contact the Ordering Party if it is not possible to complete a part or all of the order by phone or e-mail or via a social network to arrange further proceedings with the above-mentioned order.
11. If there is no confirmation by phone or e-mail, the order will be canceled
12. By sending an order from the online store, the Ordering Party declares that he has read the Regulations of the online store and undertakes to comply with them. In the event of non-compliance with the provisions of the Regulations or non-compliance with the order placed with the regulations, Good Luck is entitled to cancel the order. Upon placing the order, the Customer authorizes Good Luck to issue an invoice without the need to obtain his signature.
13. All prices quoted in the online www.beautydrugs.pl store are prices expressed in Polish currency (PLN). For business entities, wholesale prices are available under commercial secrecy and set individually.
14. Good Luck reserves the right to change the prices of products. Price changes do not apply to orders in progress.
15. Good Luck reserves the right to execute orders placed in separate batches, after informing the Ordering Party about this fact in advance.
16. The colors of the products may differ depending on the customer’s monitor.
17. Upon receipt of the goods, the Ordering Party shall be entitled to the ownership of the goods and all risks related to the possession and use of the goods, in particular the risk of loss or damage.


1. The ordered goods are shipped via Poczta Polska or Paczkomaty InPost. There is a possibility of using additional services of a courier company (reservation of the delivery time, Saturday delivery) by contacting our sales representative by phone at 883 222 255 or by stipulating by the customer in the comments on the form of transport. Value-added services involve an additional fee, and their range is limited by the courier company used in the distribution of goods contained in the online store.

3. Complaints relating to damage caused by the fault of the transport company are regulated by Art. 76 point 4 of the transport law.
4. Ordered as part of the www.beautydrugs.pl store, Products are delivered to the address indicated in the delivery form.
5. The time of delivery of the goods will be given by phone or to the e-mail address of the ordering party after prior checking and approval of the order.
6. Payment for the purchased Product along with shipping costs is made via the PRZELEWY24 online payment, prepayment to the Good Luck bank account, or cash on delivery. The payment must be transferred within 7 days (5 business days), after this date, the order is cancelled.

The order is sent for execution when the full amount corresponding to the value of the shipment is paid (the order for the goods has been processed according to the confirmation sent by Good Luck together with the transport costs) on the account.
8. It is not possible to pick up the order in stationary.


1. In the event of non-compliance of the goods with the contract, the Customer should send the defective/replaced goods back to the Store together with a description of the complaint.
2. The Store will respond to the Customer’s complaint within 14 working days from the moment of returning the goods, together with a description of the non-compliance. If the verification of non-compliance requires consulting an expert or a representative of the manufacturer of the goods, the deadline for responding to the Store is extended by the time the Store receives such an opinion.
3. Complaints relating to damage caused by the fault of the transport company are regulated by Art. 76 point 4 of the transport law.
4. In the event of damage to the goods transported by the DELIVERER, the damage report should be completed with the goods.
5. When the implementation of a justified complaint involves sending a new product to the Customer or removing non-compliance, the delivery costs shall be borne by the Store.
6. Individual settings of the Customer’s computer and monitor causing incorrect or distorted display of information about the goods (e.g. colous) cannot be the basis for the complaint.
7. If the complaint is considered in favor of the customer, the store returns the amount paid to the customer within 14 days to the indicated bank account number or the card, if the payment was made using a payment card.
8. According to the Act on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product of March 2, 2000, the customer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
9. First of all, please send information about your willingness to return by e-mail to info@beautydrugs.pl (necessary condition to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery), then send via Poczta Polska (standard package) within 14 days of returned products to the following address: Good Luck, Alona Suchodolska, with its registered office in Chrzanowskiego str. 2/7, Warsaw. Before withdrawing from the contract, please read the instruction.
10. The returned goods should be intact, including complete, in the original packaging, and with no signs of use. The method of packing and transporting the returned products should correspond to the properties of the goods. Cosmetics should be properly packed and protected against damage.
11. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
12. Within 3 working days of receiving the package, the Store will check the condition of the delivered product.
13. Within 14 days of checking the goods, the Store returns the paid amount to the Customer. The customer should indicate the bank account number to which the refunded amount is to be transferred. In the case of payment by credit card, the refund will be made to the card.
14. Failure to comply with the above recommendations may constitute grounds for disregarding the return of the goods.


1. In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Act on the protection of certain consumer rights, the Act on special conditions of consumer sales and amending the Civil Code and the Act on liability for damage caused by a dangerous product shall apply.
2. To maintain the correct operation of online orders, your web browser should:
– have ‘cookie’ support turned on (as is by default);
– support JavaScript (Internet Explorer 3.0 and Netscape 2.0 or newer) and DHTML;
– correctly interpret document styles (CSS).
3. Good Luck reserves the right to the following:
– change prices and quantity of goods in the online store’s offer during the day;
– introduce new goods to the online store’s offer and remove any goods from the offers;
– carry out, change and cancel promotional campaigns on the website of the online store;
– make changes to the content of the Regulations of the www.beautydrugs.pl store to improve the quality of services provided and adapt it to applicable law.
