PRIVACY POLICY AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF THE WWW.BEAUTYDRUGS.PL STORE

This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided by Users in connection with the use of websites available in the domain www.beautydrugs.pl

1. The administrator of personal data is Good Luck, Alona Suchodolska, with the registered office in Ostroroga str. 24 A, Warsaw, NIP 1132680104, REGON number 369880044.

2. Personal data is processed by Good Luck, Alona Suchodolska, for processing, changing orders, pursuing claims, and archiving purposes. With the consent expressed by the Customer, the Customer’s personal data is processed for Good Luck marketing purposes (sending the newsletter, promotional campaigns, sending questionnaires regarding the level of services provided) regarding products and services provided by the online store www.beautydrugs.pl

3. The basis for the processing of personal data is the Customer’s voluntary consent, as well as a statutory authorization regarding:
a) processing of data necessary to process the orders of the customer to whom the data relates;
b) personal data, the processing of which is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on the Personal Data Administrator.

4. Providing personal data referred to in sec. 8 is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion and implementation of a distance sales contract, i.e. the execution of an order placed in the online store www.beautydrugs.pl and actions taken before placing the order.

5. Providing personal data in the form when creating an account on the website www.beautydrugs.pl is voluntary, but at the same time necessary to set up the above-mentioned accounts.

6. Providing other personal data, not mentioned in sec. 4 and 5 are voluntary.

7. As part of the performance of the Distance Agreement (orders), the Customer’s personal data may be transferred to the Partner competent for a given stage of the contract. The partner is a company cooperating with Good Luck, ensuring the performance of individual services necessary to perform the Services under the Agreement, i.e.
1) courier service provider, i.e. InPost Paczkomaty Sp. z o.o., 30-552 Kraków, ul. Wielicka 2B;
2) postal service provider: Poczta Polska S.A.;
3) hosting service provider: WebPanda, Sergiusz Simonoff (www.webpanda.pl), Dzielna str. 11, Warsaw, 01-023, NIP 5272860529;
4) make-up mirrors supplier and training services provider: Beauty Event, Aleksander Suchodolski, with the registered office at Jerozolimskie al. 89/43, Warsaw, 02-001, NIP 1132647041;
5) entity providing accounting services for Good Luck Alona Suchodolska;
6) Good Luck employees;
7) entity providing the service regarding traffic statistics on the website: Google Analytics;
8) other entities cooperating with Good Luck, related to the implementation of the Ordering Party’s product/service;
9) courts, public administration authorities, law enforcement authorities in connection with their proceedings and relevant public benefit services, if there is a justified need;
10) the Administrator uses cookies or similar. Files of this type allow the Administrator, in particular, to better adapt the website to the individual interests and preferences of the User. In most web browsers, you can delete cookies from your computer’s hard drive, block all sent cookies or set a warning before saving such a file on the disk. To learn more about such functions, please refer to the instruction manual or the help screen of your internet browser.

8. The scope of personal data entrusted to Good Luck, Alona Suchodolska, which are necessary to place an order, includes, subject to para. 9:
a) name and surname and/or the name of the client’s company;
b) customer’s address;
c) customer’s shipping address;
d) customer’s tax identification number/REGON number (if a customer wants to receive an invoice for the purchase);
e) customer’s telephone number;
f) customer’s e-mail address.

9. The Customer and Good Luck, Alona Suchodolska, may individually define the scope of the Customer’s personal data provided.

10. Good Luck does not use personal data for purposes other than those specified in this document. The client’s personal data is not sent anywhere unless required by the direct provision of the service.

11. Personal data of customers who have an account in the online store www.beautydrugs.pl are stored for the duration of the website www.beautydrugs.pl.
Personal data will also be processed for the period in which you could make a complaint or other claims against us (claim limitation period), as well as for the period of the so-called tax limitation. In the scope of marketing activities, personal data will be processed until the User submits an objection or withdraws consent.

12. Good Luck ensures the implementation of the Customers’ rights resulting from the applicable provisions on the processing of personal data, including the right to access the content of the data.

13. Good Luck informs that as of 25 May 2018. The customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

14. If the processing is based on the consent given by the Customer, Good Luck informs that the Customer has the right to withdraw consent at any time.

15. Good Luck declares that the processing of personal data takes place within the European Economic Area.

16.
